Title: Genos - Start up Volume

When I first power up, my Genos is at full volume until I press a single key then the volume pedal works correctly.  Does anyone know how to correct this?

Could be a polarity issue. Try reversing the polarity of the pedal. See if that helps.

Hi John

The normal way is that the volume is full ON at switch on. The reason for this is that the volume pedal is not a hard-wired pedal, so the keyboard initially thinks there is no pedal connected.  It is not until you move the PEDAL that the software determines a peadl is connected.
