Can You TRANSPOSE Keyboard and SMF separately....?

Let's say your playing a midi file song and you want to match the keyboard KEY to that song without changing the SMF key......
is this possible?...seems the Transpose on the DGX660 is a GLOBAL function that changes the key for the KB and SMF song?
