No as Tyros 5 uses a different wiring system.

Hi moshe israeli,

YES, "seen electrically" you CAN use the TRS-MS05 speaker system with Tyros3!

To do this, use the original combination cable that comes with the TRS-MS05: Connect the 6,3 mm phone plugs to the Line Out Main jacks of the Tyros3 (the two jacks "L/L+R" and "R"). This is exactly the same as on Tyros5. (In difference to Tyros3, Tyros5 has NO multi-pin connector for the speakers.)

Then connect the satellite speakers to the RCA (Cinch) plugs of the combination cable and connect the multi-pin plug to the subwoofer (R) and the remaining RCA (Cinch) plug to the subwoofer (L). I have attached a picture that shows all the connections.

The Speaker Brackets of the TRS-MS05 should also can be used with the Tyros3, but I did not test this so far.

P.S.
On Tyros3, the "Headphone Switch" (in Utility menu) does NOT affect the Line Out Main jacks (as is on Tyros5). That means the speakers can NOT be configured to be automatically switched off on connecting a plug to the headphones jack.

Best regards,
Chris
