Hello, I downloaded MIXED_CHOIR. ZIP from Yamaha.

I extracted it but Yamaha Expansion Manager doesn't recognise any of the files.

I've had the Tyros for only a few days... slow progress 😬

This pack for Tyros 4 only"
*A Flash Memory Expansion Module, FL1024M/FL512M must be installed in your Tyros4 to use Premium Packs and Voices.

Look at the extension of the unzipped files.
YEM can load this files :

I think you may have downloaded a YP2  Pack which I do not think is comparable with YEM.

Thank you all very much for taking time out to help.

I should have said from the start that I have:

Tyros 5
YEM  2.6.0 for Windows 10

I did download YP2 file though, I thought that T4 files are compatible with T5... so much to learn!

The mixed choir was a free voice given to us for Tyros 4 and was never converted for Tyros 5. Other packs were.
