Title: How do you play a Tyros 5 like a piano

Could anyone explain how you can make a Tyros 5 like a Piano, I have tried switching various things on and off yet the left hand part sounds very odd, not like a piano at all.

Hi Terminator,

if you want to play a Piano Voice only (over the full keyboard), switch OFF the [ACMP] button, switch also OFF the LEFT Part and select the desired Piano Voice for Right 1.

Of course, you can adjust / customize Voices and / or Effects to your liking (in Mixing Console and / or Voice Set). And probably you will need a Sustain Pedal, to can play on T5 like on a Piano.

Eileens way is the proper way since it also allows proper driving of the accompaniment when playing two hanged piano.
