Post by: difezamusic on October 05, 2019, 06:15:35 AM
Friends of psr tutorial there is a youtube young man who has a channel called synthgrooves and says he has revo batteries to use in styles in a s770 psr and that the expansion is called genos for tyros 5

my email is difezamusic@hotmail.com and I can send you the photos of the ppf has all the revo batteries for psr s it seems incredible but the percussions in your videos sound the same as a tyros 5 does anyone have knowledge about this? any answer would be very helpful thanks

What on earth are Revo batteries. True Revo Drums are designed to alter volume and pitch as the style is played and you would not get this effect on Tyros.

"Batteries" is just a mistranslation of "drums".

what on earth are? Is that a dignified expression for you to categorize the tacitude of a question? I thought that here I would find sufficiency and cordiality

No need to be confrontational this is a friendly forum.

Hi folks --

Just a reminder that our Forum has many international users who do not have English as their first language or as their language. They must use Web-based translation tools.

Sometime those translation tools produce comical translations. Yeah, I got burned by the translation (or non-translation) of "batteries" from French.  :)

The other issue is how translation tools affect the tone of the original message, i.e., from friendly or colloquial to "not so nice." I fear this latter issue as no one here really wants to offend anyone.

Peace and love -- pj

What on arth are is used in Norway if you really are puzzled. I think the same is true in English, so that means Eileen was not unfriendly😀. Peace and love❤️

Oh my, what on earth are we going on about this time?  I personally love the use of these off the wall colloquialisms.

What on Earth or, if you wish What in Heaven, would we do without these sayings? :) Not unfriendly at all, but possibly easy to misunderstand if English is not your first language.
