Title: Yamaha PSR A3000 turn on with message

Hello guys I am just new member in this forum , I just  want to say how I am lucky after I register here , my Yamaha Keyboard doesn't want to turn on completely, :-* :o ;D error message  pop-up appear, and I try to do hard reset by clicking power button on hold C6  key but nothing happened still the same  problem I separate the power from the source and nothing happen again could you tell me any suggestion .thank you

Are there any drives connected
Disconnect them and try again

    pressed touch  fonction et  pressed touch 6 in the same time.

No there is no drives, that was before  I disconnected but still saying error.thank you

Do you mean I have to press function button and number 6 button with power button together at same time?

There was issue with motherboard just they give me a new keyboard because it was under warranty thanks guy for helping me
