The Genos sounds good . That's all i can say.
The singing would not make a 60's B side

The sound is of course great. It's just a pity that Yamaha doesn't better shows WHAT settings and presets are used on the keyboard? Also no idea if the singer is singing through the VH of the Genos? Perhaps it is more a teaser for the used Yamaha products. That is their good right, but a little more transparency would be recommendable. Now it is guessing 'how did they done this?'  ..This could just as well be a playback of a studio record: recording, mastering and mixing with ... ???

Hi Val

All Businesses do tricks to make the sound as great as possible.
it was the same buying hi-fi's in the past.
They sounded great in the shop , but when you get them home not so good.
It goes for all sorts of things even like when food is photgraphed  to look sumptuous and tasty.
Soon as it is out of the packet ,does not look so good as the pro's picture.
You have to work the Genos to get the best out of it. The one touch Instrument's button is a guide to a finished sound. As near as it can get.

All my opinion obviously :)
