Norton is flagging PSR Tutorial as a dangerous web page as of today. I find the blocking on Chrome and Firefox but not Microsoft Edge. I have no idea why the site is being blocked. I have submitted a re-evaluation request to Norton.

My Norton flags a lot of sites as unsafe as well as this one, that are obviously not, - like my bank. I think they may just be unable to keep up with the certification across all platforms. I use Safari.

PSR Tutorial has no valid SSL Certificate and that is why its not secure for anybody. Please note that website SEO is also severely affected by this since Google specifically ignores any website without a valid SSL Certificate.
The problem is simple to solve: You either buy the cheapest commercial SSL certificate ( Comodo, Verisign, ... ) or you register one for free trough free SSL certificate at zerossl.com. This certificate is valid for 90 days but you can repeat the process for as long as you want. Hope this helps to clarify the "danger" and why any serious antivirus will flag any website without valid SSL certificate unsafe including the pain in the behind - Norton. :)

What SeaGtGruff proposed with that "https://" thing was really useful at least for the browsers we use.
I have no idea about certificates, but firefox says that the site is trusted with verification by Comodo SA limited.

Yeah, somehow the "favorites" links to this forum that I use on my iPad and on my Windows desktop had gotten changed from "https://" to "http://" and it was making my browsers report this site as "not secure" and "not encrypted." I'm not sure how the links got changed, but changing them back to the "https://" prefix got rid of the message.
I don't know whether the security certificate needs to be updated, as I'd suggested before realizing that my saved links had gotten changed, but I'm not getting any messages about a missing or invalid or outdated certificate.

You’re right. I had been getting the "not secure" warning on my iPad ever since the iOS 12 update.
All I had to do was use the https prefix, and the message disappears.

You are correct. So the problem can be solved with simple redirect code in .htaccess file. The file must be in the root part of the website.

I had Norton reevaluate psrtutorial and it is now recognized as "Safe". Here is the Norton Rating:
Norton Safe Web has analyzed psrtutorial.com for safety and security problems.
Summary
Norton Safe Web found no issues with this site.

Total threats on this site: 0
The Norton rating is a result of Symantec's automated analysis system.

I also requested that Lunarpages modify the server so that people accessing the site by using http would automatically be switched to https. This also happens if you simply type www.psrtutorial.com or psrtutorial.com. In all cases, the user is moved to the secure access.

Malwarebytes clears Pup optionals. (annoying advertising that occurs now and then. It leads people to think they are trojans)

I added the "s" to the URL, cleaned the Temporary Internet Files, removed the old psrtutorial cookie, and Norton still flags this site as dangerous >:( .
On July 30, Joe W. had Norton classify this site as safe. What happened? Funny thing is, I've had the Norton Chrome extension turned on for about the past three weeks. All of a sudden it starts to flag this site as dangerous. I've had to disable the Norton Chrome extension. What's next??? Thanks...

Graham, Windows Defender has been known to miss the more aggressive viruses - at least from what I've read. I wouldn't put my computer's security in the hands of Microsoft, even on a good day!

I keep a Clean Windows OS Image previously saved...so every few months or before if I have virus problem I just re-install the saved Image and I'm back to a day one clean PC. This also gets rid of Windows Clutter collected.
PS. I use & prefer Windows 7 Ultimate.
