Hi my laptop has died basically so is there a way to download midi files/files from my Galaxy Note 8 Android phone to my USB or keyboard without a laptop or PC please? Thankyou.

Use a OTG Pen Drive or OTG Cable,

You'll need to get an app from the Play Store,  File Manager.
I've done this many times on my Phone,

I have a USB C type cable that came with my phone will that work? I don't know how to set it all up
