Title: Modifying a style tempo and saving the style
Post by: keithvenn on June 13, 2019, 09:59:12 AM
I have a large collection of styles and create sets, in folders, for performances. Some styles are similar, but I need to change the tempo slightly on a few, so that when I load the style it is at the tempo I want. I have tried regsitration memory and style creator, but nothing seems to work with chnaging the tempo. Could someone advise me (in simple terms!) how I can do this please?

Tempo Change should work perfectly on Both.
When you head over to the Style Creator.
You make your Tempo Change.

Just make sure that you are SAVING IT  To another Folder or rename it.

I don't think there's a Way to do Bulk Tempo changes.
Regards Norman!

If the Style has Multiple Tempo changes
I feel it could cause a issue.

You can save your favorite settings, like the Style, Tempo, Variation and Intro to start with etc. to a Registration button.

When you want to save your settings to button 1 for example, you start by pressing the button Memory. At this point you'll get a window called 'Group Select' where you select which of the settings need to be saved; Song, Style, Voice... one of them is Tempo. So in this case you should check at least Style and Tempo. Now you need to press button 1 of the bank. You can repeat this procedure to save different settings to other registration buttons.

ATTENTION: be sure to save the Registration Bank, otherwise you will lose all the settings you made:
Press the REGIST BANK + and - buttons simultaneously to call up the Registration Bank Selection Display.
Press the SAVE button to save the Bank file, and so on...

When you use this Registration Bank, and press button 1, your Style and the correct tempo should be recalled.

Thank you for all the responses. I went down the Style Creator path route and saved the tempo changed styles with a new name.
