Title: yamaha genos speakers

hi everyone one the left satellite speaker has stopped working.i have swapped satellite speakers around left still not working.even unplugged cable and plugged bk in and tried different cable.the left speaker still not working what do I do can someone help .thank get bk to me.

Call Yamaha customer service for your area.  This is hardware issue that Yamaha support engineer can help you troubleshoot.

This has happened quite a lot on previous models. It has nearly always turned out to be the lead form sub woofer to keyboard has worked lose or has been damaged by 
being to closely positioned  against a wall.
