Title: Time Signature and MIDI Multi-track Recording

Where can the time signature be adjusted when recording a new multi-track MIDI file? Seems to be stuck at 4/4. Thanks.

The time signature adjustment seems to be working now, although I'm not quite sure what I did differently. However, I can't seem to readjust the tempo of a multi-track MIDI song file on the chord window in step editing. It says the correct tempo but is playing back at the originally recorded slower tempo, when the song is saved with the new tempo and reopened.
