I have a song that is have some voice missing and how do you do a program change on the voice for new voice ???

We need a little more information. Is your song a midi? Is the track recorded and the track missing an appropriate voice?
In general voice changes in midis can be done in the Mixer on your keyboard or a sequencer on your computer.
There is a sequencer MixMaster available on the main site.
