Title: Midi Volume Problem
Post by: Bob88 on March 22, 2019, 03:08:49 AM
I played an audio file  on  Song A on my Genos and the volume  playback was normal.  I then switched to a Midi  on Song B and the midi volume playback was a virtual whisper.
The master volume was set to 12 o'clock.  The volume controller that that has a slider between midi and audio was centered.

Generally there is no problem but twice now this has happened.  I turned the Genos  off  and when I powered up   again the problem was gone.   I have owned my Genos for a bit more than a year and   problems appear that are not always operator error.  I have not used the Genos in public so far. Certainly not a secure feeling.  Bob

Did you check the Song B main slider? Sometimes that needs setting back to its default level of 100 (or more) depending on what has gone before, including whether a "rogue" registration has been used during the session which unknowingly  sets the Song to a low level. You can also see those SongA and B levels in Mixer.
