Title: No notification in my email on subject matter

Hi
I hit notify tab so I will get notifications on a subject I'm interested in but it does not notify me in my email and I do check my spam ....not there  .Also, if I want to email a topic to my email
(Send This Topic to email button) ,it will not send the page or topic to my email .My email is listed in my profile .. and it is not in spam folder either do not know why these tabs do not work like they used to .Any ideas as to why this is not working as it should ?

I used the "send topic" option earlier today to send myself a link to a post so I wouldn't forget about it, and it worked for me. It says it was sent by JPWaters, but it's the one I sent to myself.

I know it's aggravating when someone says "Gee, it's working for me," but I just wanted to verify that it does not seem to be broken for everyone-- versus being broken for everyone.
