Title: Expansion memmory in use

In another topic we found out that Paul(zionzip) has 45 expansions installen in memmory, and has like 7MB free of the total 1.8GB..

Now i am wondering, how much room do you have left in your expansion memmory?

Mines Full up, had to remove some stuff to put Dreamscapes in.  IMHO 1.8GB is not enough

Hi Toplayer2,

no, unfortunately, it is NOT possible to add more Expansion memory to Genos.

The only hope would be that Yamaha would expose more Expansion memory via a Firmware Update. (Maybe it is some "unused" memory inside.)

I always think the way to tackle this is to only load what you know you are going to use a lot. With so many great voices on Genos I use a lot less packs now.

Hi Bachus

Like BigDave (TankDave) I have no memory left. AND I only have 12.5 packs installed.  Lots of Expensive Premium stuff had to be removed to try other stuff.     1.8 GB might sound like a lot, but it soon gets used up in this day and age.
