I have made some audio stuff in Cubase 9.5, that I want o use on my Genos. But when I export the mix down to *.wav (using the standard settings in Cubase) and move it to Genos via USB-stick Genos says "audio format not supported".
What to do?
Best regards

Hi --
Genos Owner's Manual, Page 73:
Song File Compatibility
You can play back the following types of Songs.
• Preset Songs (MIDI Songs)
• Your own recorded Songs (for instructions on recording, see page 90)
• Commercially available Songs: MIDI files in SMF (Standard MIDI File) format, Audio files in WAV or MP3 format.
WAV....... 44.1 kHz sample rate, 16 bit resolution, stereo
MP3 ....... MPEG-1 Audio Layer-3: 44.1 kHz sample rate, 64–320 kbps bit rate, stereo
The player is picky. It will not play 44.1kHz, 16-bit, mono. Be sure that Cubase is writing a stereo file. I got burned by this.

PJ is right. When I started using Cubase 8.0, the default mix down was 44.1 kHz and 24 bit resolution. The darn wave file wouldn't play on anything, much less the Genos! Check those settings.
