Hi Everyone!
Back in April, I posted how upset & disappointed I was with our local Guitar Center about their "non-delivery" of my pre-paid Genos keyboard! Now I'd like to add some "good" ;D to the "bad. :'(" Today the manager delivered the long awaited speakers & everything is now working & sounding as it should! There has been some discussion about our forum PSR being a Tutorial. Quoting Webster: "an intensive course given by a tutor on a special topic." If it hadn't been for the "intensive" support & help the PSR TUTORIAL members gave me when Guitar Center did nothing but take my $5000., I don't think they ever would have delivered my keyboard! JOE THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THIS WONDERFUL TUTORIAL FORUM!

Thanks Al. I can agree with your avatar "I started out with nothing & I've got most of it left!" As to the Genos, it will take awhile for me to adjust & even find everything!

So happy to hear that you finally have a sound system.
Am sure now you will be busy exploring and learning how to play that Genos.

I'm working on styles that use expansion packs like Magic Dance from EasySounds. But right now I'm working on my own Voice Expansion packs. I want to use some of the new Voices from my own pack when I create my next batch of dance styles. It's all about the sounds for me. Yamaha talks about this too... a single sound can inspire a new tune. (they say this about the synth keyboards)
BTW... my latest styles and Multi Pads make use of both Yamaha's Euro Dance pack and Magic Dance. In the future I will make use of several packs in a single style which will make it difficult to share with others unless they have the same packs and are assigned the same LSB in YEM.

Thanks Elaine, Yes I am finally a "happy camper" (as the saying goes.) ;D Gus is not so happy because his walks are shorter, but it's actually due to the 120 degree temperatures instead of me playing the Genos all the time !

hi Gloria im Happy you got sorted out and now Loving Genos as I am mine mind you I had to start all over again from fresh. but worth it. :) using all the new Genos sounds. :)
