Anyone can show me how to load PPI file from 970 to tyros5 please.

Just put the USB stick into the keyboard and go to Import pack and follow instructions but there is a chance it will not load. If you have any packs already on your Memory in Tyros if will format and remove them before it loads so make sure you have them saved on your YEM.

Sounds like you will need the .ppf file to load into the YEM software.  If the .ppi Installation file is for the Tyros 5 it won't work on your S970.

PPI file from S970  won't load into Tyros5 or S770.
Because it was created fron S790's InstrumentInfo . It will be  UNSUPPORTED FILE  for T5 and S770.
