Title: Yamaha Audio Phraser
Post by: Keyboardister on June 12, 2018, 05:55:40 PM
so I made my own audio style using the audio phraser but for some reason it takes some parts and play them as if
I checked the "time strech" box. now, when I play the parts on the utility they all sound good but what happens is
that on the Genos it plays the part using time strech which I never chose to use it, when I go back to the utility and play a preview of what would be if I used time strech it gives me the exact result I get on the Genos. What should I do?

I have no idea how Audio Prhaser works. It surprises me that Yamaha does not have a tutorial movie yet.
Manual is far from clear.

I have problem too,,that even is same tempo after few beats the audio start play late or faster. Is very hard to find exactly measure POINT .

For me the REX files working much better. And also we can add "Effects" on REX files which is no possible on audio track.

Tried,, and for right now REX files are much better options.

Regards.

I used it and succeeded in creating a complete style from Audio.
In this video I show it, I do not explain because maybe you do not understand what I say.
Video summary is as follows:
- from the beginning to 0.56 seconds: I proved to everyone that this style is not MIDI because Rhythm1 and Rhythm2 have absolutely no data, I changed the drum kit to prove.
From 0.58 seconds I change the volume, pan, tempo, switch between intro, main ABCD and fill to prove it's working perfectly.
  - From 2.30 seconds. I put together the instrument parts to create a complete Audio Style.
