Title: How to save packs ?
Post by: dutchie72 on May 02, 2018, 04:44:54 AM
Hello music friends,

Who can tell me in a few simple steps to save packs in the psr S970.  I put the PPI file on the Usb stick, put the usb in the device of the psr s970 and install it
without problems....but then when I install another pack...it always delete the first pack which I installed. I read the instructions....but doesn't work... I'm sure I do something wrong... so I'll really appriciate who can say me how to do this...

Musical regards,
Marco.

You must have the .ppf (Project File) that gets loaded (Imported) in YEM.  the .ppi (Installation File) gets loaded into the keyboard directly.

The way YEM software works is you have to first install the .n27 from your keyboard, then you have to Import all the packs you wish install in the keyboard.  Then select each pack you wish to combine into a single Installation file.

Example: If you have 3 packs then select all 3 (YEM will display a check mark for each pack selected) then YEM will calculate the total wave memory seen in a small field at the top of the YEM screen.  If the 3 packs do not exceed the memory of you keyboard, then you can Save Pack as an Installation File

Hope this helps
