Title: need help to convert from the ppf to wav

Hey guys hope u're fine ...

well i need u'r help.i want to convert ppf files to wav but i didn"t find any program that could do the job, i've seen a video on youtube of a guy who converted it but didn't find anything ...could u help me plz ..
