Where to get native American Indian flute sounds for genos thanks kim

Hi --
If you're willing to make your own voices using YEM, there is always the old Classic "Voices of Native America" from QUp Arts.

Hope this helps -- pj

Thanks i dont know to do this yet just got my genos could you sample parts of a music cd with the genos and make sound pads ?
-
Hi --
Genos itself cannot sample. You need a DAW or other audio editor to extract the audio from the music CD. WAV format should be 16-bit, 44100Hz.
The next step is to create a Genos custom voice using the Yamaha Expansion Manager (YEM). You'll need to import the WAV files that you created in the first step. Then, edit the voice (filter, amplitude, whatever). Please see the YEM Owner's Manual, which is included with the YEM download.
Once you have created the new custom voice, you'll need to generate a pack install file (ppi) for Genos and install the pack file on Genos.
Hope this gives you the big picture -- pj

You need the Yamaha Expansion Manager software (download it on Yamaha site).
