Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble installing the new update 1.20. I get the message searching install data, then the message "please insert install media."
It's on the memory stick. In fact, I've downloaded it three times on different memory sticks but the keyboard doesn't seem to be recognising it. I installed 1.10 with no trouble.
Have any of you any idea what might be going wrong please?

Is the file in the root of the USB stick? That's where it has to be. Not buried in some folder somewhere.
