Title: S970 Piano Styles
Post by: Bernie9 on January 09, 2018, 04:02:02 PM
For you accomplished pianists, my apologies, but for the rest of us minions, this is simply great. There is almost any genre you would want. It is free with a donation appreciated. This is the same site I posted the other from, and is a great site-Makemusic.

http://www.a-mc.biz/makemusic/2018/01/09/pianist-styles-for-yamaha-psr-s970-part-1/

I am too old to do it legit, but boy I can tear it up with these styles.

These appear to be the styles from the Yamaha CVP Piano section. Thanks for the link.

I am sure you already do this, but I have found many more song matches as I try different variations and tempos.  I have 40 so far, to use as a variation in gigs.  The left hand accomp.(of coarse) is markedly different, and helps to break up everyday styles.

The creator and I are happy to see people are enjoying them.

Hi Gary
Glad you could use them, and you are right about " old friend" on both counts.

Thanks for the link, Bernie9. But.. I recently discovered the PSR-Style Manager from Peter Wierzba (Thx P.Wierzba!). When I let search that fine utility it find out that the filestyles from Onamicus and these style-files are duplicates?? Did you noticed this, or did I overlooked something? Or maybe it is the website of Onamicus??

To all, thank you very much for your generous thank you comments.

To Ton37, I subscribe to the style maker listed above, and have no idea where they originally came from.  They are listed as a free download with no distribution restrictions.

No problem Bernie9, it was well find and glad you shared the link. I recognized some styles in a clear moment  ;) and therefore I was curious. With the help of the Style Manager I saw the doubles and  Onacimus had the same styles. Again, thanks for posting, regards Ton.
