Title: New bug - OTS - Effects - Assign Part

Hi.
As I said from title, the bug has been encountered when I select an OTS of a custom style, which I didn't edited for at least 2 weeks, and I have sang with it from last editing time.

As you can see from VIDEO (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFEBAqdKd9k) the value of Feedback Level is more over the maximum of accepted value (+63) and the icon of knob on the screen is in an abnormally state. And when I play with it it has a very long loop of delay...
