Ok new thread started as ive been at this for hours lol.
Lets start with a scenario then we'll ask the question.
A singer comes out the audience and comes up to the stage and asks to sing, for example, "Brown eyed girl".
Question 1. If i have a style i like called this and think it suits, where do i save it in regards to playlist?

Question 2. How would i recall this quickly and be ready to play?
Keep in mind i like my 8 or 10 registration buttons to have the same 8 or 10 sounds through the whole gig, example number 1 is always piano strings.
So i dont want to recall any voices as the one touch setting would take care of that if i so desired.
I just want to open some type of menu, search brown and go with the song.
Anyone any ideas?
"For the Tyros 5 users I would normally hit music finder button, scroll down to brown eyed girl, enter and play it".
My 8 buttons would have all my usual sounds.
This may help in trying to describe what i need (For tomorrow night lol)

imslowly going through my styles and copying them to user drive and renaming them and saving them.
What a hassle.
Cant get my tyros 5 back till tueadya, i will miss it this weekend

I've been at it since 7am so about 8 hours.
Wish my tyros 5 would come back tomorrow instead of Tuesday.
What you used to do on the tyros 5 is now noticeably NOT possible on the Genos.
So i'll need to spend another 5 or 6 hours setting up these custom styles ready for gig tomorrow night

Probably a good idea Fred, but i dont get my tyros 5 back till tuesday.
I will copy them as soon as it returns though.
Maybe i can download them from the web?
P.s. @Tyrosman Remeber i only have a spare 10 minutes on Sunday before the gig I will test you with a song and see how long it takes you to find it

That was a good idea Fred I downloaded all original Tyros 5 Styles and now a feel a little better so thanks.
Just need to try and find how to recall certain beats for certain songs now.
I have custom styles and intros on my flash so its just a matter i guess of going through them 1 by 1 and saving them

Down load the play list un zip it Dafty then put the file in the Root of the pen then import it to Genos and append all now git on with it

Don't forget the play list must be saved to the internal USB for it to work properly. You can use it directly from the folders or append it to a playlist.
