Title: How to use .STY file with s950?
Post by: ruturaaj on November 12, 2017, 10:39:44 PM
Hi,

I have downloaded some STY files and I want to import them to my s950 workstation. I tried YEM software but that produced PPF file which was not recognized as Package file in "Expansion Pack Installation" of my workstation.

Can someone please tell me how to use STY files with s950 and how to make your own Expansion Packs for s950?

Cheers,

Ruturaaj.

Hi Ruturaaj, if you've downloaded styles files, just put the styles files on a USB stick and plug it on your S950; you can know see the styles on this drive. Your s950 can import YEP pack only, all the best Patrick

Style files on a USB stick will play straight from there. Just press the style button on keyboard and tab to USB Select one and play it like you would an on board one. YEM is only of use for 970, Tyros and Genos keyboards.

Wow! It was easy...  :)

Can you please tell me how to make our own YEP file? YEM is not for s950.
