I have updated to Version 2 and mine works fine.
I select song on the white buttons on the right, Press song A or B on the touchscreen, select Audio or Midi, select either User files or USB and click on search.
This then gives me a list of songs to choose.
Are you sure you're searching where your files are stored?

Hey Bryan01

I'm going to try this again tomorrow the way you say this
I go to the song that is already selected and want to select another song in both A and B and I get a blank space every time
I will certainly keep you informed when I am going to do as you describe and thank you for your reply

You store it on a file sharing service, like YouTube, and post the link here.

Cheers,
Fred

I think he did not search using the correct place!

You have to press SOng A or Song B in Home screen. In opened window you have to select Audio or Midi in the top-left corner, and after that select location from User (on the top of the screen, in center) and choose User, or USB, or Expansion. Click on search icon. Click on that Textbox in the top-center of the screen. Keyboard opens. write some characters and press Ok. it will find files of your chosen type (audio or midi) and shows on screen. Mine works.

Vali

Ok, thanks for the video. Now I see you do correctly.
Seems your Genos does not indexed your files yet. If you have a lot of files it make take some consistent time to create it. Did you found your searched file manually? I don't see in video that your file exists there, on User or on USB...

Vali

Dirk,

I tried it on my Genos and it works just fine. Maybe you can do the 2.0 update again and see if it makes a difference.
