Title: Expansion Memory for Voice Expansion Packs
Post by: augere50@gmail.com on April 24, 2019, 04:19:27 PM
Hi Fellas and Ladies,
I was going to purchase some Expansion Voice Packs from KApro.  Am I correct assuming that Genos hasn't room for a flash module?  Also some of these packs require about 350 mb of memory.  Will they fit into Genos?  Can a USB stick be used to store these packs?  Or do they have to be downloaded into the Genos?
Thanks  Frank

Genos comes with a built-in 1.8GB expansion memory, unlike Tyros where you have to buy a flash module as an optional extra.

You download the packs onto your computer, load them into the free YEM software, then transfer them to Genos either across a wifi connection or via a USB stick.

Using YEM you can combine whole or parts of packs as you want.
