I am having problem my sound output seems low when pressing the keys of my genos I have tried factory reset by pressing f# has the keyboard is booting up but this hasn’t cured the problem I do not know if anyone has any advice would be appreciated thank you.

Try first the sound with a headphone on
And if the sound is good then the fault is on your speakers or audio output
Also look in the mixer the balance between keyboard and song replay

Thank you I shall try that

Phil,
What speakers are you trying to use?
If using Yamaha speakers that come with the Genos, make sure the volume on the back of the sub woofer is turned all the way up and the one on the front to about 12 o’clock.
If you have pedals hooked up make sure you don’t have a pedal, chosen for volume, and have the pedal off for volume.

Is it low on all voices?
Could be that you've set the velocity sense curve to Hard2, I would check that out next
Menu > Keyboard/Joystick > Keyboard, touch curve

Thank you very much for all your advice much appreciated.

Please let us know what you find, Phil...
This issue creeps up once in a while for various reasons. The good news is, I don't recall it ever being a flaw with the Genos. It's always been "pilot error." If you're still having problems, tell us all about your system: speakers, wiring, settings....

Thank you for this, I too have been trying all sorts of ways to get more volume and never realised that there was another knob on the back of the sub.
