You will need to use YEM 2.52 (Yamaha's Expansion Manager).

Here is the download link https://uk.yamaha.com/en/products/musical_instruments/keyboards/arranger_workstations/genos/downloads.html#product-tabs (https://uk.yamaha.com/en/products/musical_instruments/keyboards/arranger_workstations/genos/downloads.html#product-tabs)

Expansion Packs have to be loaded into the Flash memory by use of the Yamaha expansion memory.

Hi  Eileen.

Yes  I know  that. The  packs  are  now  in  my  Genos. and  the  cpi  files  on  USB  stick.
The  problem is  that  my PC  is  total loss   and I  have loosed the  ppf  files.
