PSR-E Series / Re: Is hte PSR-E363 worth buying in 2024?
« Last post by Amwilburn on Today at 12:13:50 AM »
Not only does the 373 sound better, but the 383 is here now... I guess it depends on how much less? The 373 sounds pretty good, actually, and I'd take that as a small portable (although the Casio CT series is still smaller and lighter). I didn't like the piano sound on the 363, but I do like it on the 373. I'm assuming the 383 sound great. Comes down to the price and the condition.

  HI.

I have a copy and very interesting. Electronic knowledge is required for anything related. The other info to me is not something an average user realy needs, but, can be of value if a need arises and sill to address that need is there. Sometimes depending an skill set levels too much info and not knowing how to use it can be more of a problem than one thinks.

In my case I am looking for a cheap trashable sx unit  to play with and then this manual will have great value to me.

PSR-E Series / Is hte PSR-E363 worth buying in 2024?
« Last post by Toril S on Yesterday at 10:58:14 PM »
Someone is selling a PSR-E363 near me, the price is half the price of the newer models. But is it worth it? I have the big beasts, but it would be nice to have a light keyboard too. I am not a big fan of the convoluted menu system of the E keyboards, but the sound is not so bad. Let it pass, or go for it?

Too bad the F51 is not touch sensitive, but otherwise it is a very nice keyboard!

And you can achieve seamless sound transitions with registrations. 8)

PSR-SX900/SX700/SX600 / Re: Search behavior very strange on - SX700

hi dom
PSR-SX900/700 service manual is circulating on internet and if you're interested I can send it to you. But to benefit from it, certain electronic knowledge is required, though.

As can be seen on Youtube, disassembling and assembling the keyboard is relative simple. I did that (greased the keybed) and I had no problems at all. However, if you don't feel confident, then just don't do it.
Anyway, your issue is purely software based and so there's no point to open the keyboard (looking inside won't help).

What amazes me about Yamaha arrangers is the fact, that "full factory reset" (as from the box state) simply doesn't exist. That would obviously solve your problem (I say "your", because I don't use search function at all).

Hello Bogdan, reading your post, could you plese facilitate to me a copy of the psr-sx 900/700 service manual? I appreciate very much your help.

Best Regards

Bernardo.

Apparently the OP Christian (Disco Musette) is no longer a member of our forum. I have therefore re-uploaded the "Grand Orgue.ppf" pack file and the zip file containing the example MIDI files. You can use my download links in the original topic:

In addition to all its other extensive capabilities,
registrations allow you to easily change all the style parts
voices, volumes, and effects without editing the style.
This also includes muting style parts. OTS are easier
but it is well worth using registrations. Even if you initially
just reproduce the OTS voices, you can later return to
the registration and modify many other features, as
you learn how.

Hi, I am interested in downloading this expansion file, but the link has been removed. Are you able to repost. I would like to put this GrandOrgue expansion on my Genos 1.
Thank you!!
