SX 600 Expansion

Hi guys...Any of you know that how much expansion packs would an sx 600 support at a time❓

This strongly depends on the packs itself but 100MB is very limited to store complete packs. To give you an idea, please find below some example sizes below. These are the sizes for SX700 packs from Yamaha. It might be that there a specific versions for SX600 with lower size. Note that commercial packs are often (much) larger.

The SX600 can have only one expansion pack. If you want another one, you have to delete the one already installed.

As with all recent Yamaha keyboards, you can bundle several packs together on your computer by using YEM (Yamaha Expansion Manager). But of course all voices of the resulting pack need to fit into the 100MB expansion memory (styles are stored in the user memory so they do not count for the 100MB limit).
