What is the internal memory capacity for Styles of the Tyros 2 please.

Hello Carlos. I don't remember the excact number, but the memory of the user drive of the Tyros is very small. You can store some styles or songs, but you wil soon get out of space. Use the user drive as a work bench to keep styles and songs while working on them, and then transfer them to a USB stick. There is an optional harddrive for the T2, but if you do not have that installed, you have little memory.

Parts are available on eBay. If you have an old laptop from around 2005, the HDD and memory in it may be compatible.

Thank you for such informative information.  If I understand you correctly, the easiest way to expand the memory would be via a flash drive or an external HDD.  If that's the case I'll just replace the RAM as per your instructions and I should be good to go.  Thank you again.

USB flash drive or USB HDD has to be compatible with the Tyros2, link to 2016 compatibility list below. Other USB devices will be compatible - other Tyros 2 users may be able to advise on what USB devices they are using.
