link on Forum back to PSR Tutorial Home Page?
« on: December 13, 2017, 06:11:57 AM »
Am I just not seeing this?

I have my shortcut on my computer set to take me right to the PSR Tutorial Forum log in page.
Once I have logged in I see the Forum's Home Page, of course...

But just the other day I wanted to check something out on the PSR Tutorial Home page (not the Forum), and was surprised that I could not find anywhere on the Forum to click, to take me there.

Of course, this is not a major problem, but can someone tell me if it is there and I am just missing it?

Happy Holidays!

Iíve wanted this link as wel.

By the way, Iíve set it up so Iím always logged in. And my shortcut goes to the unread posts. Much quicker to see the latest posts.

If you click on the PSR Tutorial Member Map link at the top right side of the forum page, there is a link at the bottom of the page.

If you click on the PSR Tutorial Member Map link at the top right side of the forum page, there is a link at the bottom of the page.

That's OK - I find it interesting to look to see where all the 'pins' are on the map - much fun! ;D

There used to be a link to the main site near the top of the forum's home page (the one with an index of all the subforums), but it wasn't on the other pages. Now it seems to be gone from the forum's home page as well-- apparently replaced with the link to the member map, so it's fitting that the member map includes a link back to both the forum and the main site.

Yes, Michael, the link to the Home Page was replaced by the Member Map link.

I have the PSR Tutorial Home Page set as the default page to open when I start Google Chrome and my other browsers.  Then I click on Forum in upper right hand corner of the Home Page to access the forum.

Like Fred, I'm always logged in, so I can quickly go from the forum to the Main Website Home Page.  :)

There can be multiple links that show in the upper right-hand corner under "News:".  The links show only one at a time, but they alternate as you move about the forum.  I eliminated the others when we introduced the PSR Member map so that it would always be at the top and easily spotted.  I'll put the link to the home page back in now and then the News will have both links showing up.
