Cool funky bass sound for PSR-E4xx
« on: November 14, 2017, 12:31:12 AM »
While working on something else on my PSR-E433, I came across this cool sounding bass effect.  Perhaps it could be used for some 70's or 80's dance/funk or other electronic dance or jazz/rock music.  Check it out!

So, what is this sound?  It is simply the harpsichord sound -- Sound number 4 on the E433 -- dropped by two octaves with a little bit of reverb (Hall3) and Flanger-1 chorusing!  This recording did not have any dual voice, but can be made even punchier by adding another harpsichord, dropped by one octave, as a dual voice.

Hi Bob

Nice job  8)

It is incredible what sounds you are able to tweak out of the PSR E433. I am so sorry I sold mine.

I believe the Harpsichord voice is the same ont the DGX 650 as on the PSR E433, so I might try it out.

Best Regards,

Vinciane.
