Headphones on PSR 770
« on: October 22, 2017, 07:45:52 AM »
Hi everyone, Does anyone know how and where to plug in headphones with as a result that the sound goes exclusively to the headphones so I do not disturb my family when studying?
Thanks in advance,

Hi Rob,

There is a setting on the S770 which controls the internal speakers when you plug headphones into their socket.

I thought that the default setting was that the speakers are turned off when you plug headphones in, so they should turn off , but I am not sure! So if they are not turning off when you plug phones in, you should check this setting by pressing FUNCTION > Tab to MENU1 > UTILITY > Tab to CONFIG2.  The function is SPEAKER and is in option 1.

Here is a link to a recent post that concerns this setting and shows the three options...
