« on: October 17, 2017, 12:04:41 AM »
Hi Genos Fans,
yesterday markus made a small Video to show how the touch screen works on the GENOS.
No Sound, only to demonstrate the Touch Display.

Hello Frank,
and thank you for the video!

How does the operating speed/page load seems to you? There were rumors that there is some lag...
As I can see it the transition is not quite instant but looks fine to me.

Regards,
Chris.
Blessed be the Lord God Almighty!

It has a little delay like you wrote, but fine to work.
Please try if possible by your own asap . I think till mid november every dealer around the world should have at least ONE GENOS in the house ..

Prommising video, i think i will love the screen..

The video takes away my worry, reaching the lower bar of the screen
Keyszone.boards.net for all the latest keyboard news and information.

I agree. Even if it's a Resistive screen, it's a very responsive one.

I agree with Bachus. The screen seems very fast. Thanks for the video.

...except if you live ANYWHERE in Canada. Try January to February for us. Once again a total mystery for me, when our good friends in the U.S. will spend half our winter learning all about their Genos keyboards.

Is there some reason you can't buy from the US? I buy stuff from there all the time when it's not obtainable in the UK. OK, there are import duties and VAT which negates any pound/dollar savings, but if it makes it quicker and/or possible, it's worth it. Isn't it the same for you?

Regards,
Just don't mention Genos USB drive letter assignments :)

Possibly, David. But then there's the point of warranty. There are a lot of Canadian businesses that refuse to honor warranty work unless you buy it in Canada.
