Yes. Many years ago...(I think it was that model with small keys) When I was out selling kept it in car boot to play with headphones in hotel bedrooms to learn to read music.

Ted,

Thank you for the heads up information.

Yes, that is the PSR-295 that i have :  http://usa.yamaha.com/products/musical-instruments/keyboards/digitalkeyboards/portable_keyboards/psr-295/

Thanks for the info about the naming those Yamaha keyboards.  Actually was not aware of the hidden " coding " in the name.

Also, reading Yamaha description of my PSR-295 i was not aware that it has Flash ROM internal storage for adding more songs including songs from a CD-ROM.  However when i purchased this used PSR-295 there was no CD-ROM.  Not sure at this time if could purchase a copy or better still download a copy from Yamaha.

You could try contacting the folks at the 24x7 Yamaha Resource Portal. They don't have a listing for the PSR-295, but the PSR-295 is the same as the DGX-205 except for the number of keys (61 vs. 76), and they do have a listing for the DGX-205:

https://www.yamaha24x7.com/YamahaOMS/EasyOrder/ViewSchematic.aspx?SearchString=DGX-205

I bought a used YPT-400 a year and a half ago and it was missing the CD-ROM that came with it, but I was able to order it from the 24x7 Yamaha Resource Portal. (They are part of Yamaha, by the way, not an independent store.) They also have Service Manuals for some models, as well as replacement Owner's Manuals.

As for the CD-ROM that came with the YPT-400, when I received it the label indicated that it was for a number of models, not just the PSR-E403/YPT-400. So even though there's no CD-ROM listed for the DGX-203/DGX-205/PSR-293/PSR-295, it's possible that the same CD-ROM was included with other models and that it might be listed under one of them.

I'm not sure whether the folks there can help.

For one thing, they probably deplete their stock of items eventually.

For another thing, if the CD for the PSR-295 was intended to be packaged with several different keyboards, the folks at 24x7 might not have a "master list" to refer to for looking up which part number (CD) to pull for the PSR-295.

But it's worth a shot-- you'll never know unless you ask! :)
