Help for sad Ty1
« on: August 02, 2015, 08:18:46 AM »
Hi, can anyone shed a light on this problem, my Ty1 having given good service for nearly 8 years has decided to complain every time I boot it up by making every natural E key sound higher pitched and louder than all the other keys, when I take the initial touch off it's ok, after about an hour it all reverts to how it's been for years, I have recently purchased a Ty5 but want Ty1 as backup, hope it isn't sulking.
thanks.

Hello Ty-6 (-1-5=-6)  :o

Did you tried the holy reset procedure on it? Sometimes it does magic..
Blessed be the Lord God Almighty!

Hi s-cristi

Thanks for replying, yes I did a system reset but no joy, it was working yesterday after I used it for a service at the chapel maybe if I try it again it might be OK
( not seen Ty6 yet getting my head around Ty5 and issue with wireless dongle not connecting to Repertoire App on ipad!!

Don't waste your time with the Repertoire app. It's useless.

Hi Fred,
Thanks for tip, been having a go at connection problem and got it to connect, in Utility/midi was off, so pressed "All parts" and it worked?!! but I agree not much in there at moment, hopefully it will improve in time. An update on my first post, it would appear my Ty1 is back to it's normal self, it's been in the chapel all night so maybe someone did answer my prayer!!!!!
Thanks for your time to read my post.
