For my PRS S 975, I am trying to attach my foot pedal to self DRUM Fill. Do I have to do this set up for each one of my 8 memory registration buttons to keep this feature for each instrument?

It depends what groups you memorize with the button.
If the Pedal group is checked, then you need to set the pedal in the registration.
If you want your pedal setting to be global, then don’t check the pedal group.
This applies to all groups you memorize. If the group is checked on memorizing, the registration will load settings for that group. If it’s unchecked, the the registration won’t.
