someone know if you could play psr 770 styles on this keyboard  Yamaha PSR 740

Hi Thomas,
S770 uses SF2, while 740 plays SF1. S770 can play 740 styles but not another way around. You need to convert SF2 styles to SF1 to play in 740.

Realize that the 770 styles most likely will be using voices not on the 740 and although you can convert them you will probably have to heavily tweak them to get them sounding decent.  I have had decent luck using either sf1 styles from the 9000 and even Tyros 1 & 2  and 3000 styles without having to convert them.
