Topic: modulation with cubase

I try to use modulation inside cubase, Every time i add modulation  to '127'. The voice turn weird. Until i make it '10' instead of 127 and it work fine. My question is Why did that happen?

What voice are you adding modulation to? I'm wondering if different voices might have different types of effects assigned to modulation.

Also, 127 would be the maximum amount of modulation, which I think would typically (depending on the assigned effect) produce a pronounced and exaggerated "warbling" effect.
