Topic: DGX 650 none of the styles will play

I posted this on another forum yesterday.  37 have viewed the post but there have been no replies.

I was playing some tunes on my DGX-650 this afternoon and all of a sudden the style stopped playing.
Since that time no styles will play - not the ones in the instrument, not the ones on my many jump drives.
The piano keys play fine and the built in demo songs will play but no styles will play.

Has anyone heard of this before? Other than taking it in for repair does anyone have any ideas what can be done?

PROBLEM SOLVED -    somehow I had managed to reduce style volume to 05.   Once I reset it to a reasonable number like 60 I was back in business.

Have you removed your USB stick, in case a corrupt file on that is disturbing the keyboard.

Yes, while I was having the problem I removed the USB drive.  I restarted the piano and did a whole bunch of things.
It turned out that at one point I turned down the style volume to near 0 so that it was actually playing but too low in volume for me to hear.  I wear hearing aids and at the setting I had mistakenly entered the style was unhearable.
