Rockin' Overdrive Organ for PSR-E433 and up!

(1/1)

SciNote:
The Purple organ on the PSR-E series is a good rock organ, and it makes a good start for this patch.  I've taken the idea and added more grit and distortion to get a more pronounced overdriven sound.  I did this on the PSR-E433, but this should work on the newer models, as well.  And in fact, with the E453 and E463, you may be able to use the DSP's distortion effect to get this type of sound from a different angle.

Note that I also incorporated a split voice for the overall sound, which I start using at about 30 seconds into the recording.  I used the Distorted Lead voice, which can really enhance the rock/overdrive effect when played along with the organ sound.
