You can google 'how to tune a piano yourself' and there is a full tutorial. But pay attention to the first statement - this is not easy. I have owned pianos all of my life, and tried to tune them myself, but although tuning looks simple and only requires a couple of simple tools, it takes a lot of training and experience. If you have one or two notes well out, then maybe with a good ear you can temporarily fix those, and used to do that, but a complete tune is a different matter. I gave up. And this is only basic tuning, pianos often need other things like regulation.
You can nowadays use electronic devices to tune a piano, and maybe they would make it easier. They were not available back when I tried it and you have to do it by listening for beats, and most good tuners still prefer that method. You can find books on the subject, but IMHO its best to call in an expert, it only needs done once or twice a year.
