New Migrant
« on: April 03, 2018, 07:53:47 AM »
Hi Everyone,

My name is Spring from Australia. I owned a PSR S970 which is very new to me. I can play basic keyboard and also am the music arranger for a choir of a Catholic Church.

As a new migrant here, of course I need a lot of help and assistance now in the future. Following are the question I need to ask the experienced ones

1/ Do we need a particular midi cable to connect PSR s970 to pc?
2/ How can we download the driver of PSR s970 into computer?
3/ I have tried a couples of monitors connecting to PSR s970 but unsuccessful. Any particular reason?
4/ Instead of playing keyboard to record midi file, any other way we can insert notes into Band In A Box, using its Chords and playing Yamaha styles.? we need to do this for choir to easy rehearsal for difference voices.

I am waiting for all of your guys advices. Again thank you very much for your help.

You may want to post the questions you asked in your original post, in the following board:

You'll most likely receive the help you're looking for in that particular board, which is relevant to your PSR-S970 keyboard.  Not very many questions get answered here in the Hello Everyone! board.
