KApro Classic 80s Synth - Good Investment?
« on: February 22, 2018, 05:03:10 PM »
Hello

I would love to have the sounds of the vintage synthesizers, like the DX7 and D50, on my Genos.
Is there anybody around who has already bought this Kapro Pack and willing to share his impressions and experiences with it?
Do the sounds come close to the originals? Is it worth the money?

THX in advance and Musical Regards!

Nobody here with experiences regarding this voice set?
I am very interested in the 80s vintage synthesizer sounds and this is one product available for the Genos, besides Phat Analog and FM Expanded from Easysounds. My question is: What is the most recommendable product to start with?

Well, I bought both, PHAT ANALOG and FM EXPANDED from Easysounds, utilizing the EASTER rebate.
Yamaha apparently did not offer any rebate last weekend, so the KAPRO solution might still wait for me.
Same is true for the "80's synth voices" from Soundpacks UK, who also offered a 30% rebate, but I hesitated  :-\ ... following the "one step after the other" principle - although it was very tempting   ;)
